How quickly (and confidentially) does this process work?

Although the job market, the difficulty of the search, and our assignment load varies, we fill most clients’ needs within weeks, occasionally within days. The sooner you call us, however, the more efficiently we can complete your assignment. Sometimes you can anticipate your needs weeks in advance, sometimes you need someone "yesterday." Sometimes you simply don't have the time or resources to handle the search in-house ... or you don't want your competitors to know what you are doing ... or you want to replace an employee without alarming that employee ... or you have not yet fully defined the responsibilities of a newly-created slot. Whatever the circumstances, call us as soon as you know the need exists. As your agent, all information we provide the candidates is with your permission; any resume we forward to you is with the candidate's permission.

What kind of feedback do you give me?

We stay in regular contact - without being pushy - to determine your current needs and to forecast your future requirements. We supply industry intelligence inluding salaries being paid by your competition and the suitability of your performance expectations for a given compensation package. As a search progresses, we give you updates almost daily. After each interview, we tell you how the candidate has responded and, when appropriate, offer strategies for making a job offer that will attract the candidate as economically as possible or with the highest probability of acceptance. We also call you after each assignment is completed to ask for constructive criticism. So when a company tells us, "We're happy with our current search firm," we can confidently reply, "Then you’ll be even happier with us."
