About Mark
After graduating from the University of Minnesota in 1984, Mark worked on both sides of the personnel desk, first for EDP Consultants as a recruiter, then for a Fortune 50 company as an in-house HR Contracting Consultant. He founded his own search firm in 1988 and subsequently earned a reputation for excellence, reliability, and unquestioned integrity.
Mark's outside interests include coaching basketball, golf, fishing, water skiing, downhill and cross-country snow skiing, snowmobiling, and hiking. His passion, however, is his family. He and his wife, Sue, are devoted to their five daughters with whom they share movies, visits to their lake home - ask Mark about the "Lake Home Book" - and frequent laughter.
